What We Do
We cover approximately 85 square miles of beautiful East Roane County including the communities of Lawnville, Cave Creek, Bradbury, Dogwood Shores, and New Midway. We provide fire protection, emergency medical first-response, hazardous materials response, rescue support, non-emergency public assists and public education for over 9,000 residents. All of this is made possible through our volunteers and by donations from local businesses and residents as well as grants from county, state, and federal agencies.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of Fire and First Response services to not only the citizens of our district but through mutual aid to any department who may need our assistance. Our mission is to work with our citizens and other agencies to ensure the safety of the East Roane County Volunteer Fire Department response area.
