CASA of the Tennessee Valley

We train citizen volunteers as Court Appointed Special Advocates. These CASA volunteers are appointed by a juvenile court to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children. A CASA volunteer investigates the circumstances of a child's life, reports findings to the court, and makes recommendations.

We are a locally-governed not-for profit serving the Roane County Juvenile Court, as well as the juvenile courts in Loudon and Morgan counties. We are a member of the National CASA Association.
